What materials do you use in jewelry?
Earring hoops, pins, hooks and necklace chains are 925 sterling silver and 18 carat gold plated. The locks of the bracelet are 18 carat gold plated on brass. Glass beads are used in beaded products. All the products are nickel-free.
How can I determine my ring size?
Gui rings require special measurement, unlike standard ring sizes. You can easily take your finger measurement by following the instructions in the “How to Take Finger Measurement” heading under each product in the Rings section.
What are the exchange and return conditions?
You can return the product(s) within 14 days after you received your order. If there is not any damage or harm, the total amount is fully refunded. The return shipping cost belongs to customers.
